Are you a type of person that has important files you want to tag in a cloud storage service? You may want to connect your cloud storage service to TagMyDoc to access more features, document management possibilities, sharing potential and provide an augmented reality experience to the people around you.
You may have heard of services like Dropbox, Box, Google Drive (formally Google Docs) & SugarSync just to name a few. Well, these services can be seen like your hard drive on your
computer but instead, they are on the Internet or the cloud, as it’s being called most of the time. These types of services are starting to be a first-alternative
to store important files & documents. That is why we opened the door for you to start connecting TagMyDoc with these services.
By connecting your cloud services to TagMyDoc, you can easily tag all your documents currently stored on your cloud storage via TagMyDoc’s platform. The documents you’ve chosen to tag will then be accessible in both your cloud storage service (Dropbox or Box) account as well as your TagMyDoc account.
Select which cloud service you want to sync and press the bug button besides it. Doing so, will bring up a page to enter your service credientials. If you are already logged in to that service, it will ask if you want to allow TagMyDoc to access files stored.

That’s it! You can now tag documents from your cloud storage service accounts. Now, when you tag your documents, you will have the option to choose from either your hard drive or any of the cloud storage service you connected to.
Once you tag your documents from your cloud storage service, TagMyDoc will send the tagged documents back to your cloud service account with the same name but with -tagged appended to the end of the original document name to show the tagged version.
When someone wants a copy of your document, and chooses to scan it in order to retrieve its virtual copy, it relieves you from the burden of having to print it physically. You’ll save precious energy, time and paper.
Until now, our significant contribution to the environment is well illustrated by:
1,671,461 sheets of paper saved

Join our green initiative, and bring your own meaningful contribution by creating an account on TagMyDoc, and participating in the new way to share documents.
